  • Can I use the same Recorded Future API token for all the Recorded Future for XSOAR Apps/PAN integrations?
    • No. Each integration uses a different API endpoint that requires a specialized token to access. 
  • Do I need to purchase an integration to use the Recorded Future Sandbox Integration?
    • Yes. To use the Recorded Future Sandbox in XSOAR, you must be licensed for the Category A integration.
  • I'm a legacy Recorded Future for XSOAR user. When do I need a new API token?
    • You will need a new Recorded Future for XSOAR API token when upgrading from Recorded Future for XSOAR v1.x.x, v2.0.x to v2.1+.
