Partners with a valid Global Technical Alliances Program (GTAP) agreement on file are allowed to build an integration with Recorded Future. Upon completion of the build, the integration must be certified to appear within the Recorded Future Integration Center and be available for customer easy-access.
To submit for certification, the following steps must be followed:
1. Complete the certification form at https://forms.gle/QreH9NjjoondZNAg8
2. Schedule a demo session with your account manager / technical contact
3. Address any issues found in documentation or implementation
4. Receive approval
Instructions for completing the certification form submission
The certification form submission can be found at here. You will need the provide the following:
1. Company Name - this is your company name. It should typically match the name on file in your GTAP.
2. Submitter name - this is your name so we know who to contact during the certification process.
3. Submitter email - this is your email so we know who to contact during the certification process.
4. Integration Name - this is the name of your integration. It is typically the name of your application. For example, if your application was called "Lavender Next-Gen SIEM" and you would likely want to include this as your name. Since it appears in the Recorded Future portal, it is typically not necessary to include "Recorded Future integration" in the name. See the below screenshot of the Recorded Future Integration Center for reference example.
5. Integration Center Tile Content - this is a max 5k character field and is the content displayed in the Recorded Future portal. It is good to explain what your integration does and what value it provides to its users. This is not where you should provide technical details, installation instructions, or deeply technical instructions.
6. Supported Use-cases (check all that apply) - select the use-cases which this integration supports. These will eventually become a filter in the Recorded Future Integration Center to allow customers to discover integrations tied to a specific use-case.
7. Recorded Future capabilities (check all that apply) - choose the Recorded Future features which your integration supports. These are capabilities we will check during the certification demo. These will eventually become a filter in the Recorded Future Integration Center to allow customers to discover integrations tied to a specific use-case.
8. Technical contact name / email - The name / email of your technical contact going forward that we can reach out to for changes such as a new API, changes to API/capability, etc.
9. Business contact name / email - The name / email of your business contact going forward that we can reach out to for business topics such as NFR licenses, customer lead-gen / questions, co-marketing interest, etc.
10. Support contact name / email - The name / email of your support team going forward which we can utilize to escalate / pass any support inquiries. This can be e generic email such as "support@" or a specific person depending on your organizational structure.

Certification Technical Demo
For the certification demo, please plan to show each use-case of your application to Recorded Future in a zoom demo. This is typically scheduled as a 60minute call.
Additionally, you will need to provide the following materials:
1. Demo video
2. Demo instance and credentials
3. 3-5 Screenshots of your application (not showing any customer-sensitive information)
4. Installation guide documentation
5. Any additional resources / links to include in the Integration Center
6. Proof of your user-agent according to this documentation
7. Listing of specific Recorded Future APIs in use
